Shipping Policy
Shipping to New Zealand.
We charge a delivery fee of $10.00 for all orders.
The delivery fee covers packaging, shipping and insurance.
We only ship via methods requiring a signature. Anyone at the delivery address who signs for the package shall be deemed to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf. If you would like your package left unattended then this will then become your responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages. If you have a delivery instruction, once you receive your tracking number, click on the link and add it there.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 days (Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays).
If we are unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you immediately during our operating hours to discuss how you would like to proceed with your order.
Your Item should be delivered overnight within the North Island and 48hrs to the South Island.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times, but these are normally 1-3 working days from dispatch.
Our couriers have a traceable service. If a signature is received from the address, then it is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order.
If you have a rural address, a signature is not required for delivery. Please allow an extra day for your order.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number for your order.
If an order is placed during public holidays or periods where we are closed (as per our hours in ‘contact us’), that order will be dispatched on the day we reopen for business.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 5 days; please refer to your shipping notification email to track your order or contact us so we can trace it for you.
